About Us

The Kellar Library is named in honor of Arthur and Elizabeth Kellar, longtime supporters of the mission of the Kellar Institute for Human disAbilities (KIHd).

The Library is a collaborative effort between the Kellar Institute for Human disAbilities (KIHd), the Virginia Department of Education's Training and Technical Assistance Centers (TTAC), and George Mason University's College of Education and Human Development (CEHD).

The Library consists of almost 4,000 items covering physical and intellectual disabilities and special education-related topics.
